Charming, smaller hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly, accommodating owner and staff.

Needed a taxi to access the city of Graz, each 20 minute taxi trip cost about 20 Euro. So basically access to downtown Graz.

Everything great except location up in the hills, narrow winding road uphill, difficult to find. Taxi from there to center 18 euros.

Explanation of exact location and how to get there. We saved on city parking but then we spent 30-36 euros a day going to Graz and back by taxi.

The prepayment was debited before closing the reception. Calls and messages were not answered. I had to look for a new place in the middle of the night. the building itself is on the outskirts where there is a very poor mobile connection
