"Great stay at The White Hart in Hook"

We had a lovely room very smart modern bathroom. We had a bit of a wait at breakfast but the staff were amazing. They couldn't be more apologetic and looked after us very well. We would definitely stay there again.

We would have liked some decaf tea and coffee in the room and at breakfast.

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff - we had an issue at our previous hotel with the heat, explained it to the staff at this hotel and they were exceptional, showing me my room and how cool it was before taking a payment.

Nothing, couldn’t have asked for more.

Quiet rooms in the back annexe far from the busy, noisy pub

Great inconvence because they emptied my debit Card charging me the full price of our 2 rooms at 08:15 the day of check-in when through Booking my reservation was to pay on arrival in the evening. My companion was going to pay, not me . I was most annoyed. They denied it had been them, that it was a mistake by Booking.Com!!!
