Bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere

Je suis arrivé a 3h, et j'ai pu rentrer et récupérer la chambre sans problème, le lit est confort. Et proche de la gare, 20min a pied, le chemin safe de nuit.

Rien de spécial, cest sobre et l'hygiène pourrait choquer les plus fragiles, mais pour ce prix, c'était très bien. Je recommande !

Prijs kwaliteit was ok, heel oud hotelleke. Het noodzakelijk is wel aanwezig. Wij huurden het om nog wat te kunnen slapen voor onze vroege vlucht. Ok voor enkele uurtjes slaap dus

Oud en niet zo super hygiënisch.

It is a very clean and a quiet location and very near to the medina and masjid. Glacier is run by a very respectable family. It has no cats inside the hotel. The people who come to stay in this hotel are also very respectable. And the management have maintained this standard all along. Thank you for this experience. I really needed the peace and quiet. I would personally recommend this place to others.

I wish the windows were larger (but i am asking for too much). Also there should be access to the terrace.

Der Ausblick. Es war ruhig

Ich habe nicht erwartet, dass es schön ist, es ist immerhin sehr günstig. Dennoch hätte es sauberer sein können und offenbar gab es keine Dusche. Für eine Nacht kann man das mal aushalten, allerdings hätte ich mich dann wenigstens gern am Waschbecken etwas frisch gemacht. Dies ist aber mitten auf dem Flur. Das Bett war extrem durchgelegen.

Friendly staff fluent in English replied to me via B com chat quite promptly, and made me rest assured about 24hr. reception (which was the case). I am happy to stay my 1st night here, checking-in at 3am, because it was easy to get to by a taxi from the airport. Given all the scams with many Riads that require prepayment via Booking.com (which obviously does not care about these scams), I am happy to spend the first night here (just to sleep), which allow me to pay for further nights in Medina for what I could see in person and not on fake photos.

WC just "Turkish style". No clue how is the shower. But given the extremely low price and good location for the airport, all inconvenience is understandable, however I would not recommend this hotel for solo females unless experienced in low-cost backpacking
