Great staff, they were so nice and helpful. Nice size of the rooms. Clean. Good terrasse. Great breakfast. Beautiful riad. Good location, close to the blue gate.

Bad smell from the bathroom. Don't use the tour company the manager of the riad recommends.

We like more the Berber hospitality,the teamwork, the nearby to the old Medina (two different doors going to two different directions ) Abdoul very a very helpful man, you can count on him for any matters, has a lot of life experience.

Nothing! Everything was perfect for me

It was one of the greatest places we stayed during our trip through Morocco. Very kind and nice people who are running the place. The riad is very beautifull inside and you have direct access to the medina of Fes through some seperate exit. If you stay there we can only highly recommend to eat dinner in the riad once. It was one of the best we got.

Spacious and convenient room, very good breakfast, very helpful stuff 👌 they offer also guiding around the medina. We spent there nice time!

Very friendly staff and beautiful riad.

It was difficult to find the riad as the location of the riad on the map does not match the actual location. The riad is located further into the medina. Nonetheless after reaching out to the owner, they came and brought us to the riad.

It's a great location, close to the blue gate, for a traveler in a hurry like me.The staff is great too.You can wait for them at the blue gate for the first time, otherwise you really can't find them, Medina road is too complicated.If only the quilt were thicker in winter

The Riad was beautiful. The room was very big and comfortable, also dinner and breakfast was fantastic! The staff, in particular Abdul, was very friendly and available. We suggest to stay in this Riad, you will feel like at home!

Riad Jeanne is truly a wonderful place. They organized an airport transfer for us which droped us off next to the Medina and Abdoul took us from there to the Riad. The breakfast was nice aswell with coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, eggs, bread, pancakes, ... and always a smile from the great staff. They showed us the way to Bab Boujloud without asking and, while enjoing our evening in the Riad, brought us a complimentary Tajine followed by a wonderful plate of fruits! It was a pleasure and we really can recommend to stay at Riad Jeanne when you are in Fes! Note: The location of the riad is wrong in both Google Maps and booking.com. Just contact the riad via Whatsapp they respond fast and can send you the exact location..
