Arrivo alle 19:00 e in struttura non c'era nessun operatore presente. Il codice PIN per prendere le chiavi era sbagliato.Al telefono non rispondeva nessun operatore. Sono stato fino alle 21:30 con mio figlio di 12 anni fuori e non sapendo cosa fare. Per fortuna in un pub lì vicino sono riusciti a chiamare un conoscente per farmi dare il PIN corretto. Esperienza pessima da non ripetere!!!

Highly recommend the Gasthof Lend-Platzl. Beautifully appointed rooms, friendly service, great little in-house restaurant with outdoor dining, and all at a very reasonable price. Location is also very attractive, as it sits in a bustling neighborhood between the main train station and the old city center; still with the convenience of being direct in the city center without the pure tourist feel of a few blocks further east. This will be my first choice of places to stay in Graz going forward, whether for business or pleasure.
