It was clean.

The personnel acted inappropriate. Very loud conversations on private stuff early in the morning from the cleaning staff. Racist and sexist remarks from the owner. I felt very uncomfortable. The smoking area is below the windows. The emergency route is partely filled with furniture. And there was an extra fee for service which was not announced beforehand.

Comfortable beds. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Safe garage parking for motorcycle.

Only cold food for breakfast and no toaster. Eggs would have been good

The hotel is clean and is located close to Winzerla tram station. The price is quite nice but not cheap.

The furniture is rather dated as it was probably in style over 15 years ago. The mattresses are too thin and hard. Our beds were positioned in a way that the sockets to charge our phones was 10 cm above the bed overlapping the pillow. The staff is helpful but not super interested in you.

The staffs are very friendly.

The WI-FI is very poor, sometimes it cannot connect with the internet.

Clean, good location, available parking, big rooms, friendly personnel.

Uncomfortable twin beds. We stayed 9 days and there was no room cleaning during this period.

Owner and staff are super friendly, and breakfasts were great: buffet style, and best homemade jams!

Room lighting wasn’t great, and window covering inadequate. They should invest in darkness curtains.
