This is my second time staying at Crystal Hotel, good value in the heart of Kyiv, across the street from Independence Square. Clean, comfortable, friendly.

No balcony on which to smoke, but I will stay again, because everything else is perfect.

Зупинялась у цьому готелі — залишились тільки приємні враження. Дуже чисто, затишно, персонал привітний і без зайвого пафосу, реально хочеться повертатись. Було відчуття, що про тебе подбали, а не просто “відпрацювали”. Сніданки смачні, номер комфортний, все працює як треба. Загалом — спокійний і приємний відпочинок.
