La ubicación.

El baño no estaba limpio como me hubiera gustado,la junta de los azulejos estaba negra, la tapa del inodoro estaba rota, al lavabo le costaba bajar el agua.

Breakfast was served in my room, which is so, so.

There were no choices, also no fruit juice, no salt or pepper, with the egg, no jello (jam) or butter with the bread.
