El personal és amable. Les instal·lacions estan netes i té molts serveis: gimnàs, màquines de vending, restaurant

Al pàrquing només hi caben 5 cotxes. Està a un polígon molt lluny del centre i sense bus o transport públic. El llit és incòmode i se sent la gent al passadís.

Es una zona tranquila y silenciosa, es verdad que fuimos de fin de semana, y me imagino que un día de diario hay más jaleo. Facilidad para aparcar en la calle, cerca del centro de Lugo en coche, habitación amplia y colchón muy cómodo.

Se oían bastante los ruidos de las habitaciones contigua/encima. El aire acondicionado también es un poco ruidoso.

La atención por parte del personal fué muy buena. Además la habitación es amplia y con todo detalle y la ubicación del hotel está muy bien.

Sería necesario aire acondicionado más potente o persianas para evitar que el calor se note tanto en las habitaciones.
