I received a confirmation in advance that I can check in late upon my arrival to Lviv, but when I arrived at 3am, all doors were simply closed. The woman on reception promised me on the phone 2 weeks before that the night security guard will open the door to me at 2am or whenever I arrive but it didn't happen. It was a curfew and I could hardly find a taxi to get to the hotel at 3am (because my bus arrived at that time). Me and my child were completely alone in the night during the curfew trying to get into hotel. We were ringing the bell, knocking on the door but nobody opened. Then the police car was passing by, I asked them for help. After a few unsuccessful attempts to get into the hotel, police officers just took me and my son to another nearest hotel and I stayed there.

very roomy. comfortable bed. friendly staff.

It was not so good. First one. The worstest that is was there - teachers, that was "like in their own homes". they spoke about this, that is not for wide circle of people. Secont one, that should be reviewed - the food. It was like in USSR.
