Hotel Terrace the Garden Mito

前に宿泊した際に過ごしやすかったフロアの部屋を用意してもらえており気持ち良く滞在できました。朝食もいつも通り、種類も豊富で充実していました。レストランスタッフが料理の不足やトングなどの配置に常に配慮されていて安心できますし、落ち着いて食事を取ることができました。また、フロントスタッフの方にも枕のリクエストに細やかに対応いただけました。ありがとうございました。

全体的には室内や設備が清潔だったので逆にテレビのリモコンの汚れが気になりました。大変だとは思いますが多くの方が直接手に触れるものなので気にかけていただけると嬉しいです。

スタッフの方も丁寧で、部屋も清潔感があり、すごしやすかったです。 朝食、大浴場も期待通りでした。

チェックアウトが１１時までは素晴らしすぎます！ 景色も良かった、大浴場も良かった！

強いて言えば、ルームサービスが欲しい（笑）

Good location. It’s only 1 minute walk from Moto station. The hotel looks very new.

We weren’t explained how to contact the reception from our room (there was no phone and we were supposed to use our mobile phone). Toilet paper provided in our room wasn’t enough and had to ask for extra supply. I stayed at many hotels but this is the first time I had to make such a request. The safe in our room was not fixed and too light so that I gave up using it.

This hotel is just besides of Mito station, it is very convinient to reach with suitcase. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The quality of the breakfast is really fine. The room was clean.

Nothing to complain.
