Large comfortable rooms. Staff was excellent and friendly. Location was great. 5 minute walk from station and shops and restaurants. Close walk to the lake.

接待人員很盡心處理，房間夠大方便開行李及室內活動，廁所有獨立洗手台，水龍頭為自動感應

枕頭太扁不好睡，面湖房間容易受列車噪音干擾，和式房對面都是會議廳也容易受干擾，相鄰房間的隔音也不大好 原本接待人員很詳細記錄2天整理房間的需求，但不知為何在清潔當天未來整理有點錯愕（或許沒掛出整理牌）
