ホテルの顔となるロビー、フロント辺りが空調を切っているのか暑かった。エレベーターカゴ内も同じように暑かったこと！

とても素敵なお部屋をご用意してくださってお部屋に入った瞬間笑顔になりました！チェックイン前に荷物を預けたのですがお部屋まで運んでくださってて、こんな手厚いサービスをいただいたのは初めてです。ありがとうございました！また水戸へ行く時は利用させていただきたいと思います。

家族6人和室に泊まれた フロント横の遊び場がとても楽しめた

禁煙の部屋なのに、換気扇か、廊下からかどこからかタバコ臭がして、子供も臭いと言ってたのが残念
