Støtvig Hotel

The staff are friendly but clearly not briefed / trained / managed effectively. The building is beautiful but feeling pretty tired. They are making efforts but it doesn’t seem like there is a cohesive plan with the investment behind it to back it. More so it is closer to a lot of well intentioned ideas but missing the funds / vision to execute.

It was £300 per night for a room where the French doors would not open because they were blocked by rubbish materials from the ongoing renovation. There were workman literally outside our door so we had to have the curtains closed at all times. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 17:00. The ceiling in the corridor had people working on it with multiple wires and fixtures hanging down. The lock on the room didn’t work so we had to move next door. There were no towels in that room. So I had to go and get them from the original room. Again no problem except for the £300 per night price bracket. Unkept grounds outside our room, overgrown with weeds. I attach a comedy photo of a fire escape that sums it all up, so overgrown outside that it is coming in. Again I don’t begrudge a renovation but when charging so much per night for a totally basic room and a not fully operational hotel, it is unacceptable. If they were charging fees that reflected what was going on it would be totally different.

Veldig bra. Store fine rom. Rent og i orden 😄 Kommer tilbake. Vært her før også 👍

Jeg hadde med en gutt på 5 år...og det var lite utvalg i barnemenyen... Barn i dag vil gjerne ha pizza eller en burger.

Savnet kjøleskap på rommet Hadde ikke fått med oss at spaet inne og bassengene var stengt for oppussing. Ble skuffet fordi det var derfor vi bestilte rom der i pinsen. Det burde vært sendt ut tydeligere informasjon om dette i forkant.
