Not flexible for the customer. The employees are waiting for the go from the boss or announcer on duty, as long as you also wait as a customer before you can go to the unplanned dinner

Very good value for money at around or below 200 €. All rooms seem to be recently remodeled and enjoy a view of the surrounding mountains. Dinner was included in my rate and it was a genuine effort to impress and please the guests, 4 full courses plus salad buffet. Each dinner alone would be separately worth 30+ €. Breakfast was standard-issue 4-star European, with good fresh bread and fried eggs on request. Pfelders is a very charming Alpine village that looks “together”. It is adjacent to a gondola which goes most of the way up one mountain for hikers and sightseers (free for hotel guests). It appears remote, but the road up is good and appears safe in all weather. For the size of the village, there are many restaurant choices but no grocery store, so stock up on the way somewhere in St. Martin in Passeier.

Need a door on the shower. European designers of 1 to 4 star hotels repeatedly omit this lack, and everyone not from Europe doesn’t understand why they don’t just put one.

Next to the pistes, Pfeldererhof has a well equipped wellness area and a pool to relax in after a day of skiing. Also: the dinner menu offers a nice high-end alternative to the otherwise tasty, but rustic food places in Pfelders. Staff are very friendly and helpful!
