"Beautiful hotel with some shortcomings"

The room was beautifully designed, clean and comfortable. Nice view. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is on the 1st floor (not ground floor) and no lift (elevator) available. My room was on the 2nd floor. those with knee problem may find it challenging to get up. there was no drinking water but filtered water available at the lobby (1st floor). I didn't see any halal certified restaurant around. Do bring our own supplies if you stay there. The bed is on the floor which is an elevated platform like those in Korea or Japan, minus the heating elements. Not so conducive for those with knee replacement.

It provided two comfortable queen beds

1.No lift (my room is on the 2nd floor) 2.The hotel location is not convenient for Malay-no Malay stores/restaurants nearby 3.The staff are unfriendly

"Decent stay but be mindful pubs downstairs might be a bit noisy."
