Its a bit unconvenient for old folks as you need to climb the stairs and also no bedframe. Not advisable for the disable or elderly.

"overall it's a good place to stay for a night but there's a few thing that they should improve"

The location is strategic although it's closer to chinese restaurant, but there's Lotus, 7e, emart and such just across the main street. the room is spacious for 2 people. towels are included as well.

the cleanliness of the room. we found 2 baby cockroaches in our room. the towels provided looks clean but it smells damp. It's a little uncomfortable to use it. the shower head leaks so the water going to the shower head is slow.

Location

Shower problem. Had to take bath using pipe. Next day complain to reception, we got blamed for not telling earlier. How could staff attitude such rude to customer? Really bad service. Disappointed
