Hotel is amazing, cozy with great customer service!

Location, quietness, nice breakfast, nicely designed common areas, comfortable beds.

Bathroom should be kept in better condition. None of the shower heads worked properly because of severe limescale.

Visited Tokaj region in off-season, hotel was very good in value for money. Large rooms with beautiful new bathroom, clean and with every comfort needed. Good breakfast, wellness with jacuzzi and sauna. Staff waited for us because of late check-in.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Kind and attantive staff, spacious interior with nice design. Apartment large and comfortable, has panoramic view. Breakfast good with vegan options.

Calm location and as we arrived on a Monday we had the facilities all for ourselves. Excellent quality wine to enjoy there and take away.

The balcony door needs some maintenance, the insulation strap was loose. The outside of the shower is a bit more slippery than you would have liked

The bedroom offered an exceptionally cozy and comfortable atmosphere, extremely spacious and clean. When we found that there were no open restaurants nearby, the staff went above and beyond by ordering a pizza for us, which was incredibly thoughtful of them.

The breakfast didn't meet our expectations, especially considering the pictures on the website.
