Botrytis Borhotel

The property was well taken care off and had a lot of unexpected amenities. The game room had pool, foosball, darts, ping pong, cards and more! Was a lot of fun. Also had beautiful views!

Sauna wasn’t working

The breakfast was amazing, really varied with pastries, wide range of meats and cheeses, lovely bread, házi dips, cereals, teas, coffees, juices, fruits and salads, really impressive. The jacuzzi was also a lovely touch and we were fortunate that we could get access considering how busy the hotel was. The place was spotlessly clean, and offers good facilities for children as well as a play room for adults too. István the night guy was really friendly and accommodating.

I got really unlucky with the room I was given, it was the disabled access room, had a small single bed, and the door opened up onto the breakfast room (securely locked, but I had to draw my curtains to stop people being and too see me sleep). There was no fridge, water or snacks that the other rooms offered. There was no ventilation and the room was super hot and stuffy so I had to put the ac on to cool it down. We arrived pretty early in the afternoon and staff were indifferent about offering snacks or advice on where to get food. They place your name cards on tables for breakfast telling you where to sit without checking if you know other people in the hotel.
