ロケーションが良かった

・建物自体が古く、部屋はすえた絨毯の匂いが臭かった。部屋を変えてもらおうとするほどだった。 ・風呂の設備も古く、風呂を入れている時には、水道の蛇口以外の部分からかなりの量の水が漏れ出していた。 ・テーヴルの上に電子レンジが置いてあって、テーブルの使えるスペースが狭くて困る。特にパソコンなどは使いにくい。 ・窓の外は隣のビルの壁が目の前に迫っていて、開放感が全くない。 ・「朝食付き」にしたが、朝食は弁当ととペットボトルのお茶で、その弁当が油物だらけで（唐揚げ、コロッケ、コンビーフ）、とても朝から食べられるようなものではなかった。2日は我慢したが、3日目はもう食べなかった。 ・チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりをしてくれない。チェックアウト後、まずコインロッカーを探す必要があった。

連泊をしましたが2日に1度の清掃をお願いしましたが、コップは1度も洗われて無かった。
