The staff were as helpful as they could be given the situation but I felt a little patronized about the position I had been put in (as stated in this review) The beds and rooms are comfy, if given the right one...

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a very loud wedding taking place downstairs. The music was blaring and extremely disruptive. When I finally reached the apartment I had rented, I opened the door to find a small double room instead. Confused, I went to the reception to ask if I had been given the wrong keys, but the receptionist assured me that this was indeed what I had booked. I showed him my booking confirmation from Booking.com, which clearly stated that I had booked an apartment for myself. While there were also double rooms available, I had specifically chosen the apartment for more space after a long drive, and I even paid extra for it. The receptionist then condescendingly told me, "The apartment is for four people, not one," as if he was doing me a favor by giving me the double room, despite the fact that I had paid extra for the apartment. Frustrated, I told him that I was going to leave. Only then did he offer to show me another, larger room. Although it was still just a double room, it was at least quieter compared to the smaller one, and the booming folk music was only faintly audible. Exhausted, I decided to take the room. The wedding eventually ended at midnight, as he had mentioned, but the noise remained a significant nuisance until then.

Location not easy to find, no phone in the room

Location is good. Really clean and cozy. Bed is comfortable. Room is big.ac works really good.

I booked the biggest room. But host didn't show me that room with a balcony i booked. Only show me small room .i asked many times i want that room i booked with a balcony. Then she showed me those big room i booked. I don't know why. But good thing is she let me change to that room i have booked eventually. And AC blow to the bed Directly. Feel uncomfortable a little bit.

Clean, parking, 24 hours reception. Friendly staff.

Quiet location. Parking onsite and friendly staff.

Everything was really good. Except the toilet was not cleaned. That was a bit disappointing.
