I liked the room very much my son was super happy. However the weather wasn't supportive to our stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. They never hesitate to assist us. Their service and kind words made us happy and trustworthy to stay.

Weather was too cold due to monsoon as we stayed in wrong season. The reason was my sons first birthday and I chose the right hotel to give us family the best experience. However as mentioned it was horrible cold 🥶. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or adults experience not for family including infants or kids.

Rooms were spacious. In room cleaning. The front desk person Francis and John were helpful. Environment is non restrictive of outside food, alcohol or smoking, which is good

Room Service is not that great and prompt. Food is not tasty. Breakfast was boring. Not much variety. Charged very highly. Bathroom taps were leaky. Overall the staff is good, but to me, I felt the management needs more work on training the staff on how to welcome and converse with guests. No accomodation rooms provided for drivers.

We liked the rooms, the room views, the comforts, and the service of the staff.

We liked everything.

There’s not single thing to like about the property

The property doesn’t have bare minimum first aid Property manger’s behaviour is tremendously awful And the hotel attendees were drunk In our group, a 3 year old kid has fallen suddenly and had head injuries at property only and they didn’t have any necessary first aid kit, not even ice to stop the bleeding Just after that incident, one of there hotel stuff just fallen on his head and had multiple fracture who was fully drunk Also in room they have some kind of a Japanese supernatural symbol marked in the room Then we requested to change the room and they gave us 3 rooms when we had booked 4. Hotel manager was so pathetic with his behaviour they cannot inform anything on time Overall it is a very bad experience to stay Also we feel some kind of negative vibes This place needs to improve their hospitality along with the basic amenity requirements ( shampoo, mosquito liquidators, soap, proper cleaning)

The rooms were good and the view from balcony was nice. Quite and calm place to stay. One of the room provided to us was very spacious.

I couldn't figure out that the hotel did not have lift. It caused some issue for my mom who has hard time climbing stairs.
