Hotel people didn't provided any room for us.

We booked the room one month before and we had booking confirmed, but they didn't provided any room, simply they told no rooms available, looks like they had offline bookings, of that is the case why our booking confirmed, very bad experience and we didn't get any rooms ooty that dày, so we had to sleep in the car only. We don't want to book the rooms in booking.com next time.

Though the booking was made after reaching the property they said that the rooms were full and asked is to look for different stay , such a worst experience we had… ppl who want to book this property make sure to pay the advance soon after booking
