Paje Blu Boutique Hotel

Great room, great pool, really great people looking to ensured we enjoyed our stay. Only a couple of minutes to the beautiful beach.

The staff. I can't remember the last time I had such a great experience with hotel staff as I had with the Paje Blu staff. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. It's really about politeness, which I cannot complain about, but more about being humble and trying to create a bond with you that stood out.

Mostly the location. The hotel is not at the beachfront, which makes it cumbersome to swim at the beach, since it's not common in Zanzibar to lay your towel on the beach. Also, since the hotel is not the center of Paje, it becomes harder to get to the center, especially at night or when it's high tide and you can't go through the beach. Regardless, even still this is a 10/10 exceptional hotel and I would gladly book it again if I ever come to Zanzibar.

We stayed in Paje Blu Boutique hotel and we had the most amazing experience you could imagine. From the staff, to the food, cleaners and everything in between. They couldn’t have done enough for us and always checked in to see how we were doing. Carolina (we hope we spelt that correctly) was exceptional at organising trips and was there at every stage. She met us at night and got up to greet us at 5.30am before we departed. We commend her for her great work. Deo another staff member was exceptional and very courteous. His knowledge of the area was brilliant. All the staff had exceptional English! I would highly recommend this hotel in a heart beat and we intend to come back in the future.

Super pretty resort and location was a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was close to the main road and other amenities.

The staff were fantastic, food great, rooms all clean, comfortable and spacious The beach is a 5 min walk from hotel , it’s not actually beachfront but easy enough to reach

The outstanding hospitality during our stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the high level of service and attention to detail.

Amazing place to stay, close to the beach, clean and spacious rooms and most importantly, lovely staff. All of them went above and beyond to make our stay more memorable and the chef here really knows what he is doing. Definitely recommend staying here!
