B4 Beach Club and Hotel

Cibo ottimo. Posizione incredibile. I Bangalow sono confortevoli e vicinissimi alla spiaggia. Puoi dimenticarti di usare anche le ciabatte per tutta la vacanza!! Meraviglioso!

Davvero nulla!

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en hielpen je goed. Daniël van de receptie dacht ook goed met ons mee en vroeg regelmatig of hij ons nog ergens mee kon helpen. Ze willen je allemaal echt een top vakantie bezorgen. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk, ruime keuze en alles smaakte heerlijk. Je kon tot 11:30 ontbijten, wat ook erg fijn was. We verbleven tijdens de vakantie op Zanzibar op veel plekken, maar deze plek was veruit de beste.

Ik kan niets bedenken, alles was top!

Location was perfect, on Paje beach, vibrant Lots of facilities, rooms are clean and comfortable Beautiful vibes. Food was great. Would definitely stay here again

Outside toilets were slightly uncomfortable given that they’re outside with no rooftop, can expect to see different insects, small snake in our case. But overall great place loved it

Bello il bagno ma con molti problemi, bisognerebbe risolvere il problema delle formiche di cui completamente invaso e soprattutto regolare bene il rapporto del flusso acqua calda e acqua fredda in quanto l’acqua fredda era veramente pochissima mentre l’acqua calda era tanta e quindi dovevi farti la doccia per forza con un filo d’acqua

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Frühstück war sehr gut. Ambiente sehr toll.

Die Verkäufer am Strand waren nervig - hat aber nichts mit der Unterkunft direkt zu tun, nur mit der Lage.

I never expected to go through something like this during my vacation. My bill was only €80, but the hotel charged €800 to my credit card. When I discovered the mistake, I felt shocked and anxious but the worst part was everything that followed. For seven long days, the staff kept giving me the same empty promises: “You’ll get the refund today.” First yes, then no, then yes again. Every day I hoped it would finally be solved, and every day I felt more helpless and stressed. After a week of waiting, I went to the hotel personally. I asked to speak with the manager and was told I could meet him at 4 PM another lie. When I arrived, nobody knew anything. It took 30 minutes before anyone talked to us, only to tell me they “couldn’t” return the money to my credit card. Instead, they offered part of the amount in cash, leaving me with no choice even though exchanging the currency back to euros meant losing around €180. We waited two hours just to receive part of the money. During that time, staff kept saying “one moment” while standing outside smoking, as if my situation didn’t matter at all. They promised to bring the remaining money to my accommodation within two days. Of course, this never happened and then the hotel blocked me on WhatsApp. This whole experience ruined a big part of my trip. It was frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. Please be careful what happened to me felt like a deliberate scam.
