"Una joya rural en Pals"

Es sitio es encantado, hay mucho espacio, la piscina exterior es muy bonita. El personal es excepcional. Además es un hotel que respetan mucho a la gente que va con perros.

Nos gustó todo!!! La habitación fabulosa, la terraza la habitación, la zona la piscina, el inmerso jardín, la zona del billar en general estupendo todo!!

LOS PERROS ESTAN SUELTOS POR EL JARDIN , CERCA DE LA PISCINA (INCLUSO BAÑARON A 2). JUEGAN CON LA PELOTA CON LOS DUEÑOS Y UN LARGO ETC... BASTANTES DUEÑOS NO HICIERON CASO DEL CARTEL "PERROS SUELTOS NO" Y EL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL NO DECÍA NADA DE NADA. NO TENEMOS NADA CONTRA LOS PERROS PERO SI CONTRA EL INCIVISMO DE PERSONAS Y CASO OMISO DEL PERSONAL QUE ESTABA EN EL LUGAR.

La flexibilidad en todo, es muy cómodo y el equipo lo pone facilísimo.

Las instalaciones (habitaciones anexas) están algo anticuadas para el precio que se paga.

"Great location for relaxation in the nature"

The outdoors areas of the property are stunning! The breakfast was very well done. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the two ladies that were at breakfast and lunch- we are grateful for the great service they provided! It is a kids friendly establishment.

I think that the pools and parts of the property could have been maintained a bit better, especially the external pool and the ceiling of the spa.
