This is a one of a kind privately owned 'boutique' Lodge, 2 level with limited number of rooms (8-9). It is very well maintained, unique & classy décor throughout, done very well, warm & inviting. Along with breath taking views throughout. plenty of parking spaces for clients, a lovely bakery coupled with a covered observation deck for viewing and having time to relax while eating..no rush here! Owners on premises working & making sure all is going well for the guests, maintaining the spotless grounds & 'trying' to keep the Elk visitors from eating everything growing there. My wife & I have traveled a lot over the years & this was our first time to Pine, AZ. to explore the area for 3 nights...by the time we left it felt like leaving your family! Beautiful Place, Great hosts (Lisa & Brian), friendly town (for the most part). We can't wait to come back!!

Maybe a tad more storage in the room (not a big deal),....The restaurants are limited & not always open, but Payson is a short ride away as is Strawberry...

"perfection!"

there wasn’t anything we did not like about this property. I spent time talking with Brian and the staff while we were on property. very friendly and more over very passionate about what they have done to make this place a treasure! the best place we have ever stayed at! I will definitely make this a regular weekend get a way destination. they are also equipped for weddings and corporate functions. everyone should make this a must stay get a way. more than a 5 star rating!
