房間寬敞、舒適、乾淨，連停車場都很乾淨。 可以看到埔里的夜景和遠方的山景，視野很棒。 鄰近小夜市和超商，地點很好。

期待每個樓層能有飲水機。

空間很大，還有遊戲區（穿襪子）和泳池（要全副武裝才能下水）提供給兒童玩，很適合帶小孩來住。

廁所門找不到鎖可以鎖，訂的四人房椅子只有兩張，早餐很普通選擇性不高。

桌球室早上會吸到廚房的油煙味道,床有點硬,景觀餐廳的餐點真的很失望，價錢也偏貴.
