The location couldn't be any more perfect - it was just 5 mins walk from the Pune Railway Station. The area was full of eateries and absolutely safe. This hotel is highly recommended for those who have an early morning train to catch. I loved how prompt and courteous the staff were. I asked for a room not facing the road and they agreed to my request. I needed to do a late check-out by a few hours and they asked for a half-day price which was absolutely reasonable. Coming to the room, it was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The tv was working. The ensuite bathroom was clean. Just that I had to ask for the toiletries which they immediately provided. Regarding drinking water, there's a jug in the room that they refilled any time I wanted. The room service was great. Could order my meals directly from the room and the food came in 20 mins. Overall pretty satisfied with the stay and the service!

Not much to say, maybe they could have provided more than one towel.

Close proximity to the station and city.

Check in time 11am is a problem for guests coming by train early morning . Have to wait in the reception until 11am

It was very clean and comfortable and I felt safe as a woman travelling alone. Very convenient to be so close to the train station.

A very busy area and some of the staff were a little bit grumpy about helping me, perhaps to be fair because I could only communicate in English.
