Lift wasn't working, kitchen was not available, slightly inside the village

One of the worst hotels. The hotel was totally unsafe. There was so security guard. Upnext we already had put up we will be requiring late checkout, the person on the reception disagreed to it. Although we received the mail earlier from fab hotels stating that our request is approved. There was no restaurant in the hotel, they said the breakfast is included. In the morning they sent us stale idli sambar in the room for breakfast which was tasteless and cold. The hygiene in the hotel was poor. Bedsheets, mattress and even the towels were dirty. The water from the taps was dirty. We said the reception guy, he was smiling shamelessly. Why is the rating even 3 star when the actual condition of the hotel is not even one star to be rated?. Again a pathetic experience with the fab hotels group. Not recommended at all for any type of visit or with any group of people.
