Ramee Grand Hotel and Spa, Pune

Food-Good tasty, Nusara restaurant is very good and serve food 24hrs. Location and connectivity is good.

Room-Each time we were assigned oldest possible room. Cleanliness below expectations, bathroom fittings are old, bathrooms stink, chock and taps leak. Bed-Old and not so comfortable Front desk staff rude, unaccommodated. Reserve good rooms and allot old rooms first. Muthuswamy restaurant is not good.

Strategic location close to the airport, very tasty and rich breakfast for veg and non vegetarian

Reception staff has proposed us Package 1 with one lunch or dinner and 3 pieces for laundry: they didn’t told us that laundry pieces are delivered only after 12:00 am. It has also been very difficult to ask for an invoice

No of towels were insufficient

Net hotel, met ruime kamers en goed ontbijt. Locatie is dicht bij de levendige winkelstraat.

Helaas was het zwembad dicht. Dit had het hotel wel duidelijker bij het boeken kunnen aangeven, want dan hadden wij een andere keuze gemaakt.

Reception could have been better in explaining packages at the time of arrival

Good location , easy to access any part of the city ,, staff response was very good . Room was neat & tidy .
