Zum Eichenfrieden

Like most such hotels in Germany everything is in order and you have almost all you need. We had dinner there, which was regular German fare, which among other things means plentiful, nice and reasonably priced. The lady in charge was very helpful and service-minded. The village in which it is located is not particularly pleasant, cut into two by a through road, but it is conveniently located near the autobahn and there is ample and free parking.

We always like to have tea/coffee-making facilities, so missed that, but always bring our own little kettle for such situations. There is something about the decor of many German establishments that borders on being not very charming and rather boring. The interior designers will win few prizes for being innovative and their aesthetic values.

Vriendelijke eigenaren, alles schoon en prima gevarieerd ontbijt. Je kan er ook lekker avondeten voor een heel redelijke prijs.

Het behoorlijk aanwezige geluid van de weg die er langs loopt, met de hele nacht verkeer.

Close to the Autobahn. Nice personal. Good food.
