The costumer service need a bit of work when checking in the front desk lady made a face when I said I was staying alone made me feel unsafe staying there like I shouldn’t stay there alone as a women. Made me feel uncomfortable I asked another staff member she said don’t worries very safe.

AUAUAUAUAUStaff were fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful, under cover parking, close to everything.
Could have been prewarned that I wouldn't be able to get to sleep till the early hours due to live band playing & bags of empty bottles being thrown just below my room. Purchased a meal from the hotel and it was the worst I have ever had. Chicken was watery, beans rubbery & chips soggy, the only edible thing were the carrots!
AUAUAULocation was great — but that’s where the positives ended. From the moment we walked into the pub/motel we were made to feel like an inconvenience. Check-in was abrupt, no direction given, and we had to find parking and our room on our own. Staff were rude and no consideration given what so ever. We decided to head to the pub for dinner and a couple of drinks — big mistake. We paid over $85 for an entrée and two mains, and everything arrived at the same time with the mains stone cold. The "seasonal" vegetables - were not seasonal at all. Appears they were old beans, mushy carrots and a few slices of corn. What a joke. Staff were more interested in chatting than serving customers. For the price, the food quality was well below par. We couldn't even finish any of the meals. . Tried ordering cocktails from their already basic menu, only to be told they didn’t have the ingredients so had to go with something like on tap beer and a cider. We ended up going to IGA and Thirsty Camel to grab food and drinks instead. Back in the room, even though it was advertised with satellite TV, we were lucky to get three channels. We definitely won’t be back or wasting money on this stopover again.
