Todo , está súper nuevo , todo cuidado al detalle. La decoración ambientada en el parque Europa park, el desayuno espectacular. Super amables en todo momento

Por decir algo que no ha microondas para calentar la leche, pero tampoco lo pedi.

"I didn’t get the room I reserved. Overbooked probably. No one called before. I just figure it out after 4 hours driving"

Nothing

My reservation was paid but it was not in their system. I didn’t get the room I’ve paid for. I was relocated to an apartment close to the hotel. No room service, dirty, bad smell on bed sheet. Totally nightmare.

We liked everything about the hotel , clean , staff very friendly , location ideal , especially as we were traveling with a toddler . Would definitely go back again and stay there
