Es muy tranquilo, esta limpio, las camas son cómodas, y en general es silencioso.

El picaporte de la puerta del baño estaba rota y no se podía cerrar.

Muy buenas instalaciones. Comodidad y buen gusto. La ubicación es céntrica, a pasos de la plaza, tiene buen aislamiento pero puede haber algún ruido. Es una muy buena alternativa para alojarse en Sare, con una relación calidad precio adecuada.

El personal amable, salvo una excepción, pero tuvimos un problema. Se estaba desarrollando un rodaje de un film en la ciudad. Era imposible acceder al hotel en coche y las plazas de parking estaban completas. Nadie del hotel nos envió un mensaje. Una integrante de nuestro grupo tiene limitaciones de movilidad y tuvimos que caminar varias cuadras, por escaleras y superficies irregulares con las maletas. No pudimos acceder al parking hasta tarde en la noche, debiendo dejar el coche en lugar no autorizado. Está claro que el hotel no fue responsable del problema. Pero sí es su responsabilidad no haber avisado, lo que nos hubiera permitido buscar soluciones. Les pedimos algún servicio de cortesía para compensar problemas, esfuerzos y gastos extra, y la negativa fue rotunda y poco cortés. En situaciones normales no deberían manifestarse problemas. Pero la poca diligencia y amabilidad para contemplar la situación desafortunada que nos tocó, desmerece la calificación
