سي جدا صارة معي مشكله أثناء الحجز وتوصلت مع شركة بوكنج وأرسلت الشركه ايمال للمكتب الحجز في الفندق وتم الرفض . مع العلم انا حجزت غرفتين واستخدمت غرفه وحده . والموظف خبرني عادي راح يتم ارجع المبلغ للغرفة الثانيه .
