The staff individually are nice people..but always they say to you nice words while not helping. I think they know well the capabilities of their hotel

All things except the nice staff.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The hotel staff are very good and helpful. Breakfast is nice.

The hotel needs renovation. All furniture is old. Bathrooms are not good.

Fantastic harbour view, very helpful staff. Location very good near cafes and shops.

We went at a quiet time, when busy car parking may be difficult to find.

Very good hotel just 3 minutes from the Black Sea coast. Located near the beach, a stadium with a running track, a sports ground with horizontal bars. There are also many good cafes with a sea view around. Friendly staff who are constantly working to improve the service. Highly recommended.

Sile is a fantastic holiday destination with so much potential. Very underrated in my opinion, great beach and lovely view over the harbor. There is also lots of small coffee shops, restaurants and other little shops. Would definitely spend more time there on my next visit.

The hotel were absolutely horrible and dirty. The bathroom had so much black mold everywhere and it looks like it were not cleaned in weeks. Both the shower and basin taps were broken or loose. Dustbin were not even cleaned out before our arrival. Hotel also only supply about 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The drain were blocked, when you shower the water runs all over the bathroom. The bedroom area were just as bad, there were still old socks and rubbish in the cupboard, probably from the previous person staying there. Walls were also very dirty, some places it looks like somebody were spitting on the walls. The hotel also don't supply towels, after asking they brought us little handtowels - very old. Don't think the hotel staff clean the room after someone checks out. Breakfast were ok, very basic, acceptable, however coffee is not part of the breakfast offering, this need to be paid extra. Don't understand how coffee cant be part of a basic breakfast....surely some instant coffee can be that expensive.
