The Manor at Sway – Hotel, Restaurant and Gardens

Very personal service by the owner Tim. Very tranquil and picturesque garden at the back of the hotel. Had a lovely morning walk in the grounds. Would recommend this hote.l

Location and Breakfast were very good - Great Old English Manor in the Forest in a typical English town and located close to shops as well as a nice pub for eating out. Plenty of parking available,

The Toilet was very snug - had I been any larger it would have been a struggle to just sit on the loo.. Also it would have been nice if there was a lock on the toilet door..

Breakfast was very good service was good and menu was good. Positioned of Hotel at Sway was good for us.

My only criticism of the room we were in was that the shower screen did not prevent water covering the floor of bathroom. Other than that everything was fine.

Beautifully decorated with lovely grounds. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast

Location was great and the garden was lovely especially with a glass of wine.

For the money we spent there are better hotels. Food was average, breakfast was inconsistent in size and with so few people in the hotel ask if the guest wants a particular tea. There was no curtain/blind on the bathroom window with the toilet right next to the window!

Absolutely loved The Manor which is in a great position the beautiful village of Sway! Fabulous building with stunning lounge rooms and lovely bedrooms. The Manor has been beautifully decorated and furnished and the garden was glorious! We had our little dog with us and couldn't bring her into the dining room, but the delicious breakfast was served to us in a lovely spot in one of the lounges. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the local pubs and fantastic forest walks in Sway. Highly recommend!
