The location was to far away from everything was booked for 3 days but left after 1 night and went back to sanur

This was a great hotel with a nice mix of guests, which made for a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It’s located slightly outside the center of Ubud, but still very easy to book activities and arrange taxi pickups to explore the area. We booked a poolside room and loved the easy access to both the pool and the restaurant. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend!

The particular room had a slightly musty smell

The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. They spoke softly and politely, which made us feel so welcomed. Every request was attended to very quickly. I would like to give special thanks to the lady receptionist who was on duty from 23rd–25th August — she was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. She guided us on how to get to the run event and patiently assisted when we had a technical issue with the air conditioning in our room, even arranging a smooth move to another room with a smile. Also, a big thanks to the male staff who kept checking on the AC problem — we truly appreciate the effort and hospitality.

The first room we stayed in felt a bit dark, and the toilet was not very clean. The overall lighting was too dim, which made the room less comfortable. On the first night, the AC shut off by itself, and the next morning we woke up to find that all the plugs and AC power had turned off. After coming back from the running event, we were hoping to get some good rest, but instead had to deal with a malfunctioning air conditioner, which made it hard to relax and sleep at noon. Thankfully, the staff quickly offered us another room, which was much better and more comfortable. In my opinion, the first room should not be offered to guests in its current condition, or at least the issues should be repaired.
