staff is nice and helpful

cars cannot go until the hotel, very narrow and bad road. hotel staff takes you from somewhere with buggy. I didnt know that before. it is ok for motorbikes.

The private pool. Arrangements before the arrival. Special discounts in nearby restaurants.

Four wheelers can't enter. However if we call the staff from the cab drop point, they will come with a buggy to pickup... So no issues. There is no heating of pool water. So it was very cold in the evenings. We couldn't enjoy the pool in the evening..

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is very hard to reach, the only way is with a scooter and even with the scooter is very dangerous to drive by night. Breakfast was bad, so everyday we had to go out and have our breakfast in one of the restaurants in Ubud center.

I love this location. Beautiful energy, quiet and still accessible by scooter. Loved the pool and bed!

I had the front villa so a little less private.

✅ big private pool (but not suitable for kid) ✅ big room ✅ big bed ✅ sliding door quite heavy. safe is you have small kid.

☹️ road to villa quite challenging ☹️ no food available if you didn't pre-order (but the staff is nice enough to lend his motorbike) ☹️ during my stay, paddy already been harvested. So the view is not that nice.

Overall it was great place, cold ac, clean pool, not far from Ubud, road to property is only for motorbikes
