AUI didn’t like the property not worth the money
Property is too old and bath room tubs and toilet seat are too old and dirty
FRThe location is really nice and quite. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The property is a bit too old and looks like an abandoned place. We change the room cause the bathroom was dirty and the breakfast wasnt that amazing either. I hope they refresh this place.

BELigging was top, mooie ruime kamer, mooi zicht.
Voor mij was dit een 3 sterren waard, geen 4. Kamer was niet zo netjes gepoetst bij aankomst, maar na dit door te geven werd dit wel grondiger gedaan. Alle fruit smaakte naar ajuin doordat dit bewaard werd in koelkast samen met de ajuin 😢. Kamer heeft wel opfriswerken nodig. (Laminaat los, wc aan vervanging toe, verf badkamermeubel brokkelt af)
ITPosizione eccellente vicino al centrocitta ma in una stada silenziosa con locali e ristoranti. Camera spaziosa e accogliente bagno enorme ma da rivedere Colazione buona vari menu da scegliere tutti abbondanti Pulizia e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni wifi buono piscina piccola ma ben tenuta
Lentezza del personale per il servizio della prima colazione ultima mattina dovevano darci la colazione da asporto ma all' ora della partenza mon si e visto nessuno Molte zanzare sia dentro xhe fuori quindi munirsi di repellenti

AUThe suites are great with a view of the rice fields next door, have a little patio for drinks, felt secluded middle in busy ubud. On a nice street with restaurant and spas off the main road, but walking distance to the palace and market.
We found the rooms had a musty smell that needed airing out, and we found the beds uncomfortable.
