Loved everything - from the rooms to the service.

Loved our suite, clean bed, washroom and bath tub.good service from the reception and also porters. They even make an effort to pre-pack our breakfast and deliver it to the reception so we can pick it up before our 2am Mt Batur hike.

Absolutely stunning resort and beautiful spacious room - even better than the pictures! Great value for money, good breakfast with options, friendly staff.

The location … a bit too far from ubud center. AND close to a very busy road that completely ruined my stay. Gov can hear traffic noise day and night from the room.. I was woken up countless times at night by loud scooters or honking… also the rooms are at the bottom of a hill and the lobby/main entrance at the top so expect a lot of stairs to go in and out of your room … Also had an issue with the hot water in my room. It was fixed towards the end of my stay but still inconvenient. Considering the price and the beauty of the room I still give it a good rating.

Unfortunately there are some strange sticky black something falling from the wooden ceiling all the time and also many dead bugs and ants.
