A better table is needed, Wine glasses missing, basic cutlery, Bedding not appropriate for the climate

The staff is hospitable, the swimming pool is good

There were rats in the ceiling of my villa and the staff failed to get them out during two weeks of my stay. Also refused to give a discount because of this situation. This is unacceptable for a “good villa”.

Everything is incredible here. Gustu is the best one he has helped me with everything. Very amazing

Bagus and his team gave us an excellent service! It was very pleasant staying, it’s very calm and relaxing and the forest views are beautiful!

I liked everything, maybe if they were more breakfast options though the ones provided were good.

The place is stunning, our villa was fabulous, all brand new and the staff is extremely kind and attentive

We were expecting as advertised yoga classes but actually the service is not available Despite everything seems immerse in a forest there is a main road very closed, and you can’t see it but you can hear it very much

I liked how the staff was always there to help and accomodate my needs. Also I loved the design of the villas and the whole place. Relatively accessible and very comfortable stay. I also loved the bathtab, big, comfy and always plenty of hot water to fill it. Really a pleasure. Highly recommended.

the water at the shower sometimes run low and there was some noise from the street below.

They didn’t have an iron. But they made a plan to borrow and get me one so I was happy with that

The room their was slow worm on the floor and lezered in the room .so be carfull .. the smell of the room nafthaleen
