Great location, spacious rooms, beautiful entryway, comfortable bed, good AC, and incredible staff. Road noise was limited despite its central location and the wonderful hosts bring coffee and tea to your patio every morning. The place is operated by a multi generational family and they are all incredibly kind and helpful.

The place was clean, spacious, easily accessible, the people were all kind, and the cost performance was excellent. Everything was great. There was nothing wrong with it. As someone from Tokyo who isn’t used to nature at all, I was surprised by the ants, but well, ants are probably everywhere in Ubud. If sugar and other things aren’t left out in the open, there wouldn’t be any problem at all! On the day I left, I took a taxi from the same company that operates this place. When I gave a bit extra money, the driver kindly told me that it was more than enough. I wonder, do other foreign visitors who go to different countries not notice when they pay too much? I suppose they would just accept it thinking it’s fine since it’s the last time they’ll meet. But the driver didn’t do that. I didn’t intend to test them; I just gave the extra because it was early in the morning, but I was impressed by their honesty. So, I said, “Well, this is a tip,” and with a smile, they kindly accepted it. I’m not wealthy, so I couldn’t give a large amount, but because they accepted it so graciously, I was able to return to my country with a happy heart.

Good strong ac and hot water shower and WiFi. Very clean with complimentary coffee and tea. Nice family that runs the place and very clean and good value. Close to yoga barn and central with excellent and cheap vegan restaurant below.

Room a bit small. Socket to charge phone didn't work well.

Beautiful traditional style bali architecture and nice ambience, good WiFi, very clean, good ac, hot water, central location. The property has three floors and u get complimentary coffee and tea on your terrace, attentive staff. Great value. Near yoga barn and next door to laundry services and beside an excellent and extremely cheap vegan cafe and coffee shop. No mosquitos.
