Friendly staff.., cozy rooms… they have free shuttle service for Ubud city(to and from)…!

From the pictures taught it’s a big property but it has only 4 rooms.

The Villa itself was spacious

The pool area of the villa isnt really private and its not really great to stay in. Overall it was an okay stay but wouldnt stay again. The hotel overall felt dated. Its about a 10 min drive into town also.

Quiet and well-maintained property, away from the noise and busyness of Ubud centre. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning, and came freshly made. The rooms were comfortable, clean and have everything you need. There are cute cafes close by and a beautiful rice paddy just behind the property that you can take a walk through, only a few minutes away. The staff were always friendly, helpful and willing to assist with any request you had. You could reach them on WhatsApp and they would typically respond within minutes. I had checked out early on my last day and arrived in Seminyak, only to realise I left my passport in the room. Within minutes of sending a message on WhatsApp, the staff confirmed they would check the room, found my passport and ensured it would be kept safe and passed on to my friend (who was able to collect it for me). Komang and the team - Thank you so much for the hospitality, outstanding service and unforgettable time in Ubud! I will be back soon :)

The property was lovely, very quiet, great pool. The staff were really kind and it always felt very private with it only being 4 rooms in the place. The bed was super comfortable and the AC was brilliant too. The bath was so nice.

Whilst everything overall was good it would’ve been better if there was a shower curtain or something as the bathroom was always wet. Although the staff were lovely, and they used a WhatsApp system to send questions and to be able to ask for things etc, I feel they could’ve been a bit more attentive. There was times when messages were missed, and for example, breakfast was delivered to the room which was nice but then it would take hours for them to come and clean it up which is where the service lacked a bit.

The size of the room is huge, very spacious.

There are two electricity plugs in my room keeps tripping—I have to keep switching the fuse back on. Rain shower and bath tub are available but not the flexible shower head.

Small and quiet hotel well located. The bed was super comfortable and we liked the breakfast.
