Schoon, ruimtelijk, rustig en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Vlakbij het centrum van Ubud maar daar merk je niets van.

The location was great, a little too far to walk to the centre but a quick Grab ride, nice and quiet although just off a main road. The staff were excellent, very pleasant and always smiling. There was multiple choices for breakfast and good value for money.

I very rarely give full marks, but this hotel genuinely deserves a 10/10. The service was superb from start to finish, with a special thank you to Galung and Kadek. The rooms were excellent and the food was outstanding. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. I honestly can’t find a single thing to fault – strongly recommended

Loved the layout of the rooms around the pool. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was very good value for money. Unexpectedly had a second pool which was in the shade and not busy at all which was lovely. Even though it’s just behind a big road you can’t hear any noise from it which was fabulous!

The staff were great and helpful special thanks to Septia for ensuring we got everything we needed and regularly checking on my wife who had knee injury was ok. The room was near the pool, nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed the place. Short grab ride to the city area. Highly recommended.
