The parking situation was extremely disappointing. The hotel charges €16.50 for parking, yet the car park isn’t even on the property — you have to leave your car in a shopping centre garage and then walk 3 to 4 minutes to the hotel. When I arrived, the car park was full and I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get a space. No one from the hotel informed me about any of this beforehand. I arrived and messaged the hotel asking for help, but no one replied. I had to drive around the city centre — which is chaos during the Christmas season — while waiting for an answer. After 30 minutes with no response, I walked to the hotel myself, and only then did they finally tell me that the parking was in the shopping centre. The next day, when I tried to leave, my licence plate wasn’t even validated, so I had to call again just to exit the car park. Overall, the parking experience was very poorly managed and caused unnecessary stress.

Localização muito boa, perto do Vialia e de pontos turísticos. Funcionários atenciosos, boa limpeza dos quartos e colchão confortável. Boas instalações da casa de banho.

As almofadas para dormir eram desconfortáveis. Além disso, o facto da porta da casa de banho ser semi transparente e com uma abertura causou desconforto num dos quartos, principalmente por questões de privacidade.
