"NON PRENOTATE!!"

La struttura non ci ha fatto soggiornare nonostante avessimo prenotato. Dopo essere stata in chiamata con lo staff tutta sera (quasi notte) ha respinto i nostri operai dicendo che non trovavano la prenotazione; inoltre non hanno mai risposto alla mia richiesta di rimborso vista la situazione (che definirei allucinante).

le prix

La zone de l'hôtel doit être très humide car la 1ère chose qui frappe en y entrant est l'odeur de l'humidité et du moisi ! Cela se confirme dans les chambres où le papier peint des murs laissent apparaître de la moisissure ! Cette odeur est tenace au point que sur les 2 nuits réservées nous sommes partis après la 1ère nuit déjà ! Tous nos habits ont passé à la machine à laver en rentrant car tous sentaient le moisi de l'hôtel ! C'est sans doute le pire F1 que nous avons connus, les précédents étaient acceptables ... Douches & WC bien entretenus par contre, personnel aimable.
