"Good overnight stay but wouldn't go back"

Lovely room with a huge TV and comfortable bed but the room was a little small for my liking. The shower was good but it was a rain shower head with no hand held option, a bit difficult for women to rinse properly. We ate in the restaurant at night and the meals were good but didn't appreciate the added 12.5% gratuity to the bill that you are then too embarrassed to ask to take off, it should be a personal preference on how much you want to pay and you should be given some options.

The 12.5% gratuity on the food bill. I was also asked to pay for a couple of drinks that we hadn't ordered when we were checking out as they had been assigned to our room incorrectly. Surely they should be checking keys to check which room to bill the drinks to.
