Overall the room was very clean and had excellent facilities. Conveniently close to Tennoudai station and excellent value for the money.

The room was quite cramped and there were some minor stains on one of the duvet covers.

I reserved a non-smoking room via booking and once I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the receptionist gave me a smoking room. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the receptionist said that he received a reservation for a smoking room which is not true because I dislike that, and I never reserve smoking room ... I am not at all satisfied with this hotel and its welcome
